DUEL

Privacy Policy

Effective: April 17, 2026

What we collect

Nothing. DUEL To Do runs entirely on your device. The developer has no server, no analytics, no ads, no tracking, no third-party SDKs that could collect data.

What stays on your device

Your tasks, notes, tags, subtasks, priorities, statistics, achievements, streaks, and app preferences are stored locally in an encrypted SwiftData store. They never leave your device unless you explicitly use Export features.

iCloud sync

DUEL v1.0 stores data locally only. iCloud sync via Apple's CloudKit framework is planned for v1.1 as an opt-in setting. When enabled, sync happens directly between your own devices and your personal iCloud storage — never through a developer-operated server. Apple's privacy terms apply; we never see that data.

In-app purchases

DUEL Pro ($9.99 one-time) is processed by Apple via StoreKit. The developer only receives an anonymous transaction verification — never your name, email, credit card, or address.

Permissions DUEL may request

Children's privacy

DUEL does not target children under 13 and collects no data that could identify anyone of any age.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the new version will be posted here and a new effective date will apply.
